New York Times Travel
As the editor of T Travel Magazine, Ann Marie re-imagined and relaunched the Sophisticated Traveler—the original New York Times travel magazine. At T Travel, she sent top literary talent including Pico Iyer, Carrie Fisher, Scott Spencer, Bill Bryson, Anderson Cooper, Griffin Dunne and others to report in far-flung destinations including Kabul, Japan, Newfoundland, Romania and Eritrea.
Several stories from her T Travel issues were included in The Best American Travel Writing anthology.
Ann Marie also reported global feature stories for both T Travel and the newspaper’s Travel and Escape section. Her travel writing was included in the first edition of the best-selling 36 Hours Europe.
